Technical details

Resonant high frequency power supply using Power MOSFET and special frequency and power sensing technology for fast precise induction heating.

Due to the compact design the unit is especially suitable to be used in laboratories and industries for installation in automatic machines, assembly lines and machinery. Suitable for all kinds of inductive heating such as hardening, soldering annealing, welding, melting, levitation melting, even in vacuum containers.

Suitable for induction coils between 0,3 and 2,2 µH. Control unit with separate RF/HF-part (cable length 2,5 m). HF/RF-output galvanically separated from mains.

Control unit

The generator is equipped with a control unit in the front panel. It has start/stop buttons for switch on and off the HF/RF current and also cursor buttons for navigation in the menus. During operation permanently are displayed the set power or the set current, the effective value of power or current, the actual frequency and the remaining heating time. It can be selected between display of power (absolute or relative) and current. Not only unlimited heating is possible, also multi-step heating ramps with each constant power or linear increase or decrease can be programmed.

All error messages and tips for help are also displayed. English, German and French language can be selected (English, Spanish, or Italian are also options).
