Linn High Therm GmbH (Germany), for 36 years a leading manufacturer of industrial and laboratory furnaces presents:
Tube furnace FRHT-5-370/4500/1150
Horizontal five-zone split-type tubular furnace with Inconel 601 retort (200
x 200 x 5000 mm wxtxd) for heat treatment of "Stents". "Stents" are inserted
in magazines and afterwards the magazines will be manually put in the
retort. After the heat treatment the magazine will be manually let into a
water bath, which is fixed to the front end of the design. Each zone
possesses an own temperature control unit G800 with RS 485 interface. The
continues temperature is 1150 °C. Max. heating power is app. 88 kW.
Temperature accuracy over 3500 mm +/- 5 K.
Furnaces can be supported with additional options: gas feeding- and burn off
device, gas tight retort, vacuum design with vacuum puming up to 5 x 10-5
mbar.

Rohrofen FRHT-5-370/4500/1150 Horizontaler teilbarer fünf-zoniger Rohrofen mit Inconel 601 Retorte (200 x
200 x 5000 mm bxhxt) zur Wärmebehandlung von "Stents". Die "Stents" werden
in Magazine eingebracht, anschließend kommen die Magazine manuell in die
Retorte. Nach der Wärmebehandlung wird das Magazin manuell in ein Wasserbad
eingelasssen. Jede Zone besitzt einen eigenen Temperaturregler G 800 mit
Schnittstelle RS 485. Dauertemperatur 1150 °C. Max. Heizleistung ca 88 kW.
Temperaturgleichmäßigkeit über 3500 mm +/- 5 K.
Rohröfen können mit weiteren Optionen geliefert werden: Begasungs- und
Abfackeleinrichtung, gasdichte Retorte, Vakuumausführung mit Vakuumpumpstand
bis 5 x 10-5 mbar.
